Analog Echoes

“Analog Echoes” is a short film set in 2050, when society retreats to the countryside after a mass catastrophe. The film is divided into two parts. It depicts the quiet everyday life of a rural resident, which leads to the discovery of a hidden monument – an old analogue camera. Through its lens, viewers are taken on an unexpected journey – into the life of two young people in the city and their escape from it. “Analog Echoes” gives a glimpse into a dystopian world, and the past that created it.

„Analogās atbalsis” ir īsfilma, kurā darbība norisinās 2050. gadā, kad pēc masveida katastrofas sabiedrība atkāpjas uz dzīvi laukos. Filma ir sadalīta divās daļās. Tajā ir attēlotas rāmas lauku iedzīvotāja ikdienas ainas, kuras rezultātā tiek atklāts paslēpts monuments - veca analogā kamera. Caur tās objektīvu skatītāji tiek ievesti neparedzētā ceļojumā - divu jauniešu pilsētas dzīvē un viņu bēgšanā no tās. „Analogās atbalsis” dod ieskatu distopiskā pasaulē, un pagātnē, kas to radīja.
